A retainer for securing suspending bottle having upper portion that carries cap lower portion, said retainer comprising: base having affixing portion retaining portion, said affixing portion having back side front side, said back side being adapted for mounting retainer surface, least two generally horizontal, substantially parallel arms, extending retaining portion form least one opening therebetween, said least one openings having no covering members such that said opening no obstructions, said least one opening adapted cooperate suspend lower portion bottle base, with upper portion bottle adapted engaged by arms support bottle within least one opening, wherein arms are adapted engage under top portion groove defined between lower portion cap, such that lower portion suspended beneath retaining portion base; wherein each arms least one obstruction positioned adjacent forward edge arm spaced away affixing portion, least one obstruction extending upwardly top surface am being positioned portion arm both sides least one opening resist accidental bottle disengagement, wherein portion arm that obstruction positioned upon does not extend entire width arm.
